rather than Humanitarian Aid

And the king said, in his speech at the opening of works of Moroccan Economic Forum Ivorian Abidjan ceremony, that the African continent is not in need of assistance, as far as what it needs partnerships mutually beneficial, as it needs projects of human and social development, more than the need for humanitarian aid. He continued “Moroccan Monarch” saying that “Africa is a big continent living by its strengths, resources, and potential, it must rely on its own potential, so it is no longer a colony, therefore, Africa is today required to place its trust in Africa”
He noted in his speech that “if the last century was a century of decolonization for African countries, then the 21st century should be the century of victory on the peoples lesions underdevelopment, poverty and exclusion.”
