Introduction:

(Millennium Development Goals, MDGs), There are 8 goals have been agreed on by Member States of the United Nations (192 countries) & (23 organization), and to be achieved by 2015. these goals are issued from the English declaration of United Nations that was signed in September 2000, which obliges Member States of the United Nations to fight each of poverty, hunger, disease, illiteracy and discrimination against women. There are aims and indicators to measure progress towards these goals.

·        First goal: to eradicate extreme poverty and hunger.

·        Second goal: to achieve universal primary education.

·        Third goal: to promote gender equality and women's empowerment.

·        Fourth goal: Reduce child mortality.

·        Fifth goal: to improve mental health.

·        Sixth objective: the fight against AIDS, malaria and other diseases.

·        Seventh goal: ensure environmental sustainability.

·        Eighth goal: Develop a global partnership for development.

 

According to this global agreement between countries and human organizations, we, in Kainuna International Organization, desired to participate in developmental and active participation process in order to change humane future.

 

Therefore, the ten goals of Kainuna International Organization were emerged, in order to protect human rights and reduce exploiting human resources, increase the standard of living, improve levels of health care, develop policies and systems for the components of teaching methods, and develop the culture of work.  Also, achieving social equality, and encouraging human development. This website seeks to show all these efforts of Kainuna International Organization and Partners for a better world for all human race.

 

Developmental goals of Kainuna International Organization are as following:

 

 

First Goal: Protect human rights, deepen democracy and the importance of the teamwork:

Purpose: recognizing that all human family individuals have standard Value and Dignity. They deserve to enjoy certain basic freedoms. By recognizing these freedoms, so person can enjoy safety and security, and will be able to make right decisions which arrange his life.

Indicators:

1-     Universal and inalienable.

2-     Synergies and indivisibility.

3-     Equal and non-discriminatory rights.

4-     Involving human rights on the rights and obligations of both.

 

Second Goal: Contributing to exploit human resources and increase the standard of living.

Purpose: Growing and developing human element and increasing his employment opportunities, raise the living level of the individual, and improving his income.

Indicators:

1-     Expand and develop infrastructure projects.

2-     Diversification of income sources, and build reserves.

3-     Reduce the risks associated with relying on a single source of income, and continue to further develop the economic process structure.

4-     To achieve significant increases in the contribution of the private sectors in formulating GDP, and providing job opportunities.

 

Third Goal: Developing work systems and ways of management in foundations and establishments by all administrative and executive levels according to the latest concepts:

Purpose: Achieve multiple objectives, starting with the simplification of procedures, improvement of working methods, securing sufficient flexibility to overcome the complexities unnecessary, and the mitigation of bottlenecks, Leading to provide advanced services, where time is shorten, the degree and quality of work and services are rising , and figure out how to build bases to be flexible with the continuous development.

Indicators:

1-     The desire of higher authorities in this development.

2-     Appropriating the human element to requirements of development process.

3-     Legislating laws and regulations underpin the development process.

4-     To provide modern technologies and using them in achieving institutions work.

5-     To follow certain steps to be able to assess what has been achieved, and linking between different stages, according to specific time plans which are achievable.

 

Fourth Goal: Expanding the human capabilities to the fullest extent possible, and employ these capabilities in the best recruit in all fields

Purpose: Expanding peoples options, human high level of income, healthy life, in addition, developing human capacity, expanding human capabilities to the fullest extent possible, employing and exploiting these capabilities in all fields. We recognize the importancerole of the Media, which is considered as an important tributary in human development.

Indicators:

1-    The list of countries, according to the Human Development Index of the United Nations.

2-    The Gini coefficient.

3-    The standard of living of the individual in target countries.

 

Fifth Goal: Localizing the IT industry projects, and improving the investment opportunities:

Purpose: Upgrading the field of information technology, creating a solid restructuring organize a suitable place for intellectual property, so as to preserve the rights holders of their privileges, and deter abusers from exploiting through piracy and other criminalactivities.

Indicators:

1-     The business environment.

2-     Infrastructure of information technology.

3-     Human capital.

4-     Research.

5-     Development.

6-     The legal environment.

7-     Governmental encouragement.

 

Sixth Goal: Contributing to improve levels of health care, reduce the number of deaths, and increase the rates of life:

Purpose: Improve the quality of health care services at all levels, and achieve the highest achievement levels in patients and customers service, in health facilities and beyond.

Indicators:

1-     Increase productivity, improve and control the performance in health care.

2-     Training of cadres through various programs, in order to overcome the errors that may occur from health practice.

3-     Provide private service programs for patient and reviewers.

4-     Urgent care for each of emergency services, patient care and hospitals.

5-     The quality of food service level for patients and workers in health facilities.

 

Seventh Goal: Developing policies and systems of components of educational methods, in order to support and promote e-learning integration in school work.

Purpose: Making a change in the mechanism of education culture, and the relationship between the teacher and the learner, so that they become a flexible environment which is supportive of renewal, based on structured dialogue, participation and interaction.

Indicators:

1-    Quality of support provided for the activities of the educational institution specialized in promotion and provision of e-learning system, and building policies and regulations for the support and development of e-learning on the Web.

2-    Provide adequate special technical support to the maintenance of the system and keep it always in a state of alert in order to perform operations and achieve objectives.

3-    Providing and using a system in order to manage registration and acceptance services, and training students on the effective use of mail manual, also providing technical assistance for students during the use of this system.

4-    Helping the faculty member who desire to be a mail-teacher, and providing an ongoing assistance during the mail-teaching.

5-    Providing with technical infrastructure, and networks, physical facilities, to electronic delivery system.

6-    The quality of the educational design and development process for the mail-manual.

7-    Technical design which includes artistic and technical aspects of the design of the screens.

8-    Economic e-learning system, and clarity of cost control standards, in order to maintain the competitive ability of the institution.

9-    Calendar, as this field includes: Special evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning operations of the institution's policies after all, and this calendar inputs and tools.

 

Eighth Goal: Developing work and achievement culture, changing concepts that are associated with certain professions and trades:

Purpose: Accelerating the pace of economic development, through developing the culture of work and achievement, and change perceptions.

Indicators:

1-     Physical endeavors.

2-     Hard work.

3-     Saving for the future.

4-     Investment in education.

5-     Society's values.

 

Ninth Goal: Achieving social construction flexibility and social equality, providing opportunities for all to live life of their choice type.

Purpose: Establishing a social protection for the most vulnerable people, do not stand when you reach the minimum of economic and social rights, but constantly seeks to meet the economic and social rights.

Indicators:

1-     Equality, non-discrimination, and equal opportunities.

2-     Equitable distribution of resources and burdens.

3-     Social Security.

4-     Providing public goods.

5-     Justice between generations.

Tenth Goal: Prepare public psychological climate, and promoting human development.

Purpose: That man up to a high level of production and income level, were expanded with this educational abilities and experience life, it becomes more productive and effective human being.

Indicators:

1-     Measuring the average life expectancy of an individual .

2-     The level of education.

3-     Literacy.

4-     The level of well-being.

5-     Social welfare, especially for children.

6-     The level of the country (Advanced - Developed - LDCs).

7-     The standard ofliving in country.

8-     The impact of economic policies on quality of life.
