Executive Board:

The primary role is to provide the institutional management of Kainuna International Organization within the framework of integrated control elements characterized by wisdom, insight and effectiveness to enable the organization to assess risks and properly managed.

The Board of Directors seeks to:

-         Organizing the organization through developing policies and general objectives.

-         Selecting, employing, supporting and reviewing performance of Executive Director.

-         Ensure the availability of adequate financial resources.

-         Adoption of annual budgets.

-         Stakeholders reviewing for organization performance.

-         Determining salaries and compensations for organization management.

 

Council of Executive Committees:

It is the governing body of the Kainuna International Organization, working on studying organization and planning development projects, monitoring implementation of its plans, supervising organization, providing intergovernmental support and in accordance with directives of the general policy of the Board of Directors.

(Executive Committee)

The role of the Executive Committee on behalf of the Board of Directors in monitoring the performance of work on an ongoing basis, review objectives and budgets and financial plans before they are submitted to the Council for approval and to ensure that work is going on within the margin of convenience to satisfy the debt.

(Human Investment Committee)

The main role of the Committee in allocating investment and organization cash management in order to increase revenue to the fullest extent, with the need to disclose the risks to the Board of Directors.

 

(Nomination and Remuneration Committee)

The main role of this committee in achieving the effective management of nominations for the Board of Directors and committees of the Board, as required, as well as a review of the effectiveness of the Board of Directors on an annual basis. In addition to a review of compensation and bonuses policy of the organization, including, for example, but not limited to: senior management salaries, plans Organization bonuses, increases Organization salaries, commissions, project plans, long-term and short-term incentive plans, and any changes to human resources policy, and make recommendations for approval from by the Board.

(Audit Committee):

The main role of the audit committee in monitoring and auditing the integrity of organization financial statements, and to do as much as possible to provide the necessary recommendations to the Board on the internal financial control procedures, internal audit, external audit and review process, and the performance of the external auditor. As will the Committee through the risks and adherence committee to the pop-up to the organization auditing of risk management processes, as well as compliance with laws and regulations regulatory control operations, and make sure it is adequate and effective, especially the processes that have an impact on financial organization and rules of professional conduct reports.

(Support)

Office of Executive Chairman of the Board supports  services of Executive Committees. It is responsible for maintaining an effective relationship between the Executive Council and the General Secretariat of Kainuna International Organization, helping to organize field visits of the Executive Council.
